  • Apprentice, then head chef in the best establishments, some with Michelin stars, we are passionate about our profession. Today, we have decided to put our experience and know-how at the service of an inventive cuisine that we wish to share, and which is based on the best local products of the land and the sea.

    We cook and create everything on site, in our workshop, with seasonal products bred according to the rules of the art, by craftsmen with a real know-how and at the right price. L'atelier de Lombise also carries the label "Slow Food".

    Farm products, wild fish, natural meats, organic vegetables...

    Through our network of suppliers and craftsmen, with whom we have been working for many years, we can offer you a wide range of fresh produce, cooked or not, to order.

    The workshop also offers you:

    Take-away meals daily (except Wednesday)
    On sale at the shop of the workshop on Saturday from 10: 00 am to 4:30 pm
    Small events (meals with friends, family celebrations,...)
