  • This 17th century house isn’t about returning to the past but having an experience “outside time”. Three decades ago, the manager made his first steps. Twenty years later, the opportunity has arisen to restore life to the place. Every weekend and on feast days, the Trois Ruelles team welcomes people around warm, authentic cuisine which celebrates products from nearby farms, sometimes with a nod to distant journeys. For a moment of calm or a festive occasion, couples, families or groups are welcome. The short circuit is a tribute. Surrounding farms produce wonderful vegetables and raise meat whose taste stands out. Even the mustard and honey come from the neighbouring village. Fish and seafood are selected based on a sustainable fishing label. At Trois Ruelles, everything is homemade, right down to the mayonnaise. The menu’s successes included the Holsetin filet matured at 40 days, the Frison lamb, the Silly beer rabbit and the leek scallops. Each month, seasonal suggestions are offered in addition to the menu. The cellar has a diverse, accessible selection (€15-45) and bottles selected in collaboration with Terroirs et Découvertes for authentic wines from vineyards keen to provide very high environmental quality. 6km from Pairi Daiza. Half price for children.
