Grand-Large Swimming Pool
SPORTS
If I mention the word “pool” to you, the first thing you’ll think of is a 25-metre Olympic pool where swimmers clock up lengths. And you’d be right, but LAGO Mons Piscine du Grand Large is more than just a pool. Just next to it is the learners’ pool which has a unique, movable floor to play with the depth. Clever, eh? This is where children’s swimming lessons and aquasports take place. These are aimed at all ages and cover various disciplines such as aquafitness, aquabiking, aquajogging and even abs and glutes exercises. The aquatic centre also has its own swimming academy for swimmers aged six months and above, and holds classes in the school holidays throughout the year. If you’re thinking of taking up a physical activity again, LAGO Mons Piscine du Grand Large might well surprise you!
Dive into an extraordinary aquatic family adventure. LAGO Mons Piscine du Grand Large is the ideal place for young families and little ones to flourish in the water. There’s a children’s pool, a hot water lagoon and a lazy river etc. Everyone will find what they’re looking for.
What better than a well-being session to recuperate after exercising? Enjoy a whirlpool massage, treat yourself to one of the saunas (organic or Finnish), expel negative energy in the steam room, enjoy the benefits of a foot bath or relax in the chill-out area. Just talking about it makes you feel better already!
LAGO Mons Piscine du Grand Large has everything covered. With its warm and cosy setting for swimmers and clothed visitors alike, the Rest-eau-café has something for all ages. Whether you want a bite to eat or simply have a drink, you’ll find what you want. The Rest-eau-café is divided into two areas, a dry area with a brasserie-restaurant and a wet area, the swimmers’ terrace, serving snacks.
