La Chèvrerie de la Petite-Vacresse was born after some friends stayed in a goat farm in France. It was a bit of a gamble for Christian and Yasmina, the owners of the farm which was set up in 2011. Today, the goat farm has 75 nanny goats and two billy goats and offers a range of local products:
• Natural fresh cheese or spicy fresh cheese, whichever you fancy
• Goat’s meat wrapped in bacon
• Manure
• Ricotta
• Cheese pie with an apricot base
• Saint-Paulin’s goat’s cheese
• Gouda goat’s
• Fresh milk
